Mercedes-Benz, the fancy German car brand, is teaming up with a United Arab Emirates (UAE) developer called Binghatti. Together, they’re working on building something called the Mercedes-Benz Places Tower in Dubai. This news was reported by Gulf Today on Friday.
Teaming up with the developers in Dubai and Binghatti, Mercedes-Benz is set to unveil a fresh and iconic addition to the city. The Mercedes-Benz Places tower will stand at 341 meters (1,118 feet), sporting a unique elliptical shape. It aims to offer a complete and carefully crafted luxury living experience, blending the worlds of cars and architecture.
The residential tower, spanning 65 stories and accommodating 150 apartments, offers a complete, well-connected, and highly desirable luxury living experience. The tower’s construction is anticipated to be finished by the year 2026.
Being one of the tallest structures in the centre of Dubai, Mercedes-Benz Places boasts a prime location. This means all residents will enjoy clear and uninterrupted views of landmarks within and beyond Downtown Dubai, including the iconic Burj Khalifa.
“We’re excited about partnering with Mercedes-Benz to build the new Mercedes-Benz Places in Dubai. Our goal is to provide residents and guests from all corners of the world with an unparalleled living experience.
Mercedes-Benz Places will embody the essence of elevated living, aligning with the core identity of Binghatti. It’s set to become an iconic project, showcasing timeless design and elegance,” stated Muhammad BinGhatti, the CEO of Binghatti Properties.
At last, the folks at Binghatti and Mercedes-Benz have chosen the best materials to give a simple but cosy vibe that feels modern and classic. Mercedes-Benz aims to achieve well-balanced looks by carefully putting elements in the right places and creating pleasant surprises and valuable features.
They prefer clear and straightforward designs instead of adding many different things. The construction of Mercedes-Benz Places in Dubai is expected to start later this year, and it should be finished around 2026.
