In January, Honor released the X9a, and now it looks like they’re getting ready to reveal its next version, the X9b. You can catch a sneak peek of the new phone’s back design on Honor’s Malaysian website.
Honor has recently introduced a lot of smartphones, and they are now preparing to launch the Magic V2s, which will be even thinner than the already super-slim Magic V2.
The Honor X9B is an eagerly anticipated smartphone with tech enthusiasts buzzing. Yet, official information about the device is limited, leaving us to depend on rumors and leaks to see what it could bring.
There were rumors about this on Twitter and various forums where people shared images. We also did a thorough inspection to see what standard details are present.
When we look closely at it, the device’s front and back designs on its official website and social media platforms. The Honor X9b features a curved-edge OLED display with a fingerprint scanner embedded in the screen and a leather back housing a circular dual camera setup.
It’s not surprising for Honor phones to resemble Huawei’s phones. These two brands used to be part of the same group of companies, after all. However, this new Honor X9a resembles Huawei’s recently launched Mate 60. We’ll also have to wait and see if the specs are alike.
The company has given us a sneak peek of the X9b by sharing an image on its official X account. In this picture, you can see a part of the front of the phone. Like the earlier models, this one also has a curved design on the show, and there’s a small hole in the center for the selfie camera.
It’s important to mention that the current Honor X9a is sold as the Honor Magic 5 Lite in specific countries. But it’s unclear if the X9b will do the same and have a different name in some places.
If the HONOR X9b happens to be a renamed version of the X50, then we can expect this specification as this specification is not confirmed.
