The Dell G15 is beast for gaming that costs less than $1,000.

Dell offers a bargain on a variety of low-cost gaming laptops that cost less than $1000. From the entire selection that are available the G15 Ryzen Edition laptop at $949 is a standout among the many that caught our eye. This is a savings of over $400 on this particular model of a well-known gaming laptop that’s rarely for sale.

This gaming laptop measures 15 inches and comes with the AMD Ryzen 7 5800H mobile CPU as well as the RTX 3050T 4GB GPU. This GPU surpasses its predecessor, the GTX 1660 Ti performance-wise. There’s also 16GB of RAM, and the SSD is 512GB for storage and memory.

Similar to its other RTX 30-Series siblings, RTX3050 Ti also supports DLSS and Ray Tracing. Its Ryzen 5000 H-series CPUs have proven to be able to handle tasks that require productivity like video editing, such as light fairly well. This makes the perfect laptop for school or work.

The laptop has the 1080p display at 120Hz. It can handle games of all kinds in 1080p with an acceptable frame rate If you’re not afraid of altering the settings. Games like Fortnite include DLSS support, if you’re looking to maximize performance.

Dell G15 5511 Gaming Laptop – 15.6 inch FHD 120Hz Display – Intel Core i5-11400H, 8GB DDR4 RAM, 512GB SSD, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 4GB GDDR6, Windows 10 Home – Black

The 512GB capacity storage capacity SSD from NVMe is astonishingly huge for a laptop gaming that costs less than $1,000. It also has 16GB of RAM. At this price I’ve seen a lot of combos with 8GB RAM and 256GB SSD which are incredibly inadequately powered and fail to meet the minimum requirements needed for many of the latest PC games.

The webcam’s resolution isn’t ideal It’s likely that you’ll need to consider moving to the better choices with the money you’ll will save, especially if working with this laptop or school. The specifications are decent for the cost.
