For those who prefer a more hands-on approach, the Reon Pocket 5 can be controlled through the new Reon Pocket App, available on both iOS and Android platforms. While the Reon Pocket series is not entirely new—having debuted in Japan in 2019—the Reon Pocket 5 marks Sony’s first major push into global markets. Now, with the Reon Pocket 5, Sony is expanding its reach to include the UK and other countries, making the innovative device accessible to a broader audience.

Pre-orders for the Reon Pocket 5 are now open on Sony’s website, priced at £139 (approximately $170 or AU$260). These pre-orders will begin shipping on May 15. The base package, known as the “Reon 5T,” includes the device, a Reon Pocket Tag, and a white neckband. For those looking for a touch of style, a beige neckband is available for an additional £25.

It comes with two types of air vent covers one that extends to the height of the collar for a business look and another that is shorter for a casual style. Featuring 5 COOL Levels, the device delivers powerful cooling and runs for up to 1.8 times longer. In addition, the latest device functions quietly by reducing operating noise, making it convenient to use even in quiet business environments.”
The Reon Pocket 5 is available for pre-order at £139, with an option to add a beige neckband for an additional £25. Shipping is set to begin on May 15, and each package includes the device, a Pocket Tag, and a white neckband.
