Although South Korean multinational conglomerate LG may be out of the smartphone business, it just launched a new Android tablet in its home market.

GSM Arena reports that the LG Ultra Tab Android 12 tablet has a 10.35-inch IPS LCD and Snapdragon 680 chipset, as well as a 27.1 Wh battery.

This IPS LCD has a 2000 x 11200 px resolution, a 5:3 aspect ratio, and a 60Hz refresh speed. The display has four speakers, and LG will also support the Wacom stylus. The display also includes a 5MP front-facing camera and an 8MP primary camera with autofocus at the back.

The tablet has 4GB RAM and 64GB of storage, which can expand via the microSD card slot. It’s compatible with the US Army’s MIL-STD 810G standard for durability, just like previous LG devices.

The LG Ultra Tab is available in one color, Charcoal Gray. It retails at KRW 426,000 (USD 327). Although open sales are currently underway in South Korea, it is unclear if the device will be available in other markets.

LG announced in April that it was withdrawing from the smartphone market. Then, at the end of May, the company stopped manufacturing.
