Air Link Communication Limited has announced that it will open the country’s first official Apple retail store by the end of 2025. The store will be located inside Dolmen Mall, Lahore, one of the country’s most popular shopping destinations.
The confirmation came during Air Link’s corporate briefing session, which was attended by Topline Securities. The company also revealed plans to open a Xiaomi retail outlet at the same location.
The new Apple Store will be developed in partnership with GNEXT Technologies, Apple’s authorised distributor in Pakistan. This collaboration will bring official Apple products, including iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, Apple Watches, and original accessories, directly to Pakistani consumers.
Last year, GNEXT Technologies appointed Air Link as its premium retail partner in Pakistan. The goal was to expand Apple’s presence and ensure that customers have access to genuine products through official retail channels.
“This partnership is about providing Pakistan’s customers with the authentic Apple experience they’ve been waiting for,” said an Air Link spokesperson during the briefing. “From premium displays to trained sales staff and authorized warranties, this store will bring Apple’s global retail quality right here to Lahore.”

Until now, Apple products in Pakistan were sold mostly through third-party sellers, and customers often faced uncertainty about warranty claims or authenticity. With this official Apple Store, Pakistani consumers will finally have a trusted place to buy Apple devices and accessories—just like in New York, Dubai, or London.

A representative from Topline Securities noted, “This move shows that Pakistan’s technology market is growing rapidly and attracting global attention. An official Apple Store in Lahore means more trust, better service, and greater access for local buyers.”
The upcoming Apple outlet is expected to feature modern interiors, sleek displays, and a hands-on product experience zone, allowing customers to explore the latest technology in an interactive environment.
Air Link is not limited to Apple and Xiaomi. During the same corporate briefing, the company also announced that it would begin selling Acer laptops in Pakistan. The first shipment of 10,000 units is expected to arrive by November 2025.
“These laptops will be part of a pilot project,” explained the Air Link management team. “If successful, we will start local manufacturing in Pakistan to make Acer laptops more accessible and affordable for everyone.”
This plan shows the company’s commitment to expanding local tech manufacturing and supporting Pakistan’s industrial growth. Air Link also revealed that it is currently in talks with another international smartphone brand for local manufacturing and distribution. While the company did not disclose the brand’s name, it confirmed that discussions are ongoing and an announcement could be made soon.
Experts believe that Apple’s official entry will increase consumer confidence and encourage other global brands to invest in Pakistan. “This is not just about one store,” said a tech analyst in Lahore. “It’s a signal that Pakistan is ready to become a serious player in the global digital economy.”
