Amazon's Luna is now accessible to all people in the U.S.

SEATTLE–As numerous tech giants and streaming services like Microsoft and Netflix are increasing their efforts in the 200 billion dollar video game industry; Amazon also has been expanding their Luna Cloud Gaming service for all of the continents of the U.S. with an expanded selection of games along with some additional features.¬†¬†

This service was launched in 2012 as a trial service for a small number of customers.  

Alongside this U.S. launch, Amazon is launching a new Prime Gaming Channel that allows Amazon Prime customers to play the most current selection of games with Luna. In addition, customers can now play more games after signing up to the recently launched Retro Channel and Jackbox Games Channel.  

Updated Luna Features include Live Broadcasting to Twitch and the Luna Phone Controller, accessible via the Luna Controller application on iPhone and Android phones.  

Amazon Luna is a cloud gaming service. Amazon Luna cloud gaming service allows gamers to play games on devices they already have, such as Fire T.V., Fire tablets, Windows P.C.s, Chromebooks, Macs, iPhones, iPads, and Android phones.  

According to the company, Luna is compatible with Amazon Web Services (AWS), which lets users stream games without long downloads, updates, expensive hardware, or complicated configurations.

“Luna is a cloud-based gaming platform that taps into the potential of cloud computing, which allows users to play immersive, high-quality games on their devices that they already own,” said Daniel Rausch, vice president of Amazon Entertainment Devices and Services. “Today, we’re delighted to make Luna available to all customers in all of the Continental United States, with a special deal only available to Prime customers, which allows for no-cost games, as well as brand-new Twitch capability to broadcast games for developers and a wide variety of games available for gamers of all levels to enjoy. ”¬†¬†

Amazon Prime members can now play various games for free on Luna via the channel only available to Prime Gaming Channel.  

The Retro Channel, which features classic games, costs $4.99 per month.  

A subscription to the Jackbox Games Channel costs $4.99 every month.  

The latest features available for Luna include live streaming on Twitch and the capability to control the phone with the Luna Telephone Control.  

 Users can enjoy using an application known as Luna Controller with their own devices. You can play using the Luna Controller app or purchase Luna Controller. Luna Controller. 

 From April 1, an utterly newly-created subscription of Luna+ is priced at $9.99 per month, while Family Channel will cost $5.99 per month. Customers who have already had early access and those who subscribe to Luna+ and Family Channel by March 31, 2022, will be able to secure the pricing of the founder and take advantage of Luna+ with $5.99 per month and Family Channel at $2.99 per month in the event they maintain the subscription in top condition.
